December 11th :: The Southwest Winter Photo Event

This month we will be offering an event session on the eleventh of December at the North East desert end of Moon Valley Park. The location is rich in depth and texture with that bland desert color that will allow your wardrobe to really pop. It is a fun way to capture a Southwest Winter. The editing style will be based on your wardrobe color and style. A really unique session. All images will be  given in color and a select few duplicated with vintage inspiration. Sibling Groups are just $25 and include 7 high-res images to download in your on-line album AND 1-8x10, 2-5x7, and 8-wallet prints. Family sessions are available for $100 and include a 30 minute session, 25 high-res images and 1-8x10, 2-5x7, and 8-wallet prints.  Time Slots are limited, book as soon as possible.

The City Session :: December 4th On-Location Event

The location is rich in texture and the editing style will be a combination of vibrant color and vintage tones. All images will be  given in color and a select few duplicated with vintage inspiration. Introducing the Wrap Session :: Winter Studio Session

We are having so much fun designing sets that we wanted to give everyone a chance to have some creative fun with their session! The wrap session can be done with any of our wrapping paper collection or you can bring your own roll of wrap to use. We could not resist the concept when we saw all the great wrap out there this holiday season! The below images were shot with regular holiday wrapping paper, taped up behind a wide white baseboard. The flooring will be determined by the wrap you bring out or choose from our collection. We are very excited to see what everyone comes up with for their session!

Introducing The Classic Golden Session! This studio session is available now and will run until the 12 of December. It features the background curtain/wall with a vintage chair option and/or golden throw on the ottoman. We are calling the editing style retro-classic, with colors having a richness quality about them.

We tried a variety of flooring concepts with the set. Her amazing hat inspired us to use a fluffy white rug. We will post some with the rug option soon.

I have been booking so many people in the White Christmas Light Studio. I am having so much fun with them. The hardest part is not eating holiday cookies and pumpkin ice cream every time I edit the festive photo sessions! Here is a round-up of some of the highlights of last weeks studio work.

Welcome Home Baby Olivia :: Arizona Newborn Home Photography Session

Have I mentioned how much I love home sessions? Home sessions create such intimate photographs that time-capsule a way of life.  I loved how big brother was so interested in his new little sister. So many moments he was peering at her from a distance or attempting to get really close to her. So sweet. I feel so blessed to be able to document creation at such a fresh and new state.  

Rain, Rain Come Again...

Tad is rather bummed that he keeps seeing clouds and no rain. Nevertheless, he is still busting out the umbrella with anticipation.

Happy Birthday Aria Jean

Our little baby girl turned ONE today. We did the Jonas family tradition of a special birthday breakfast. It was simple, a pink doughnut with sprinkles. Her party is set in a couple weeks, but of course, today was special as well.

Oh, and in case you are wondering that is another Finley and Oliver Onesie. I am in love with their fall line!
